For technical, privacy, account, or billing questions, email Codeprint support. We normally respond using the Google account email associated with the product.
Billing and cancellation
Open the add-on, choose Account, then Manage billing to use Stripe's portal. If that is unavailable, email jacob@codeprint.io from the subscribed account.
Privacy or deletion
Email jacob@codeprint.io. We may verify the request before changing or deleting account records.
Before emailing
Send context, not spreadsheet contents.
Useful details include the product version, matching mode, approximate selection size, browser, and exact error message.
Do not email cell values, formulas, private spreadsheet links, passwords, OAuth tokens, installation credentials, or payment-card numbers.
