Is Pro per person or per spreadsheet?

Per person. One Pro subscription covers Duplicate Highlighter applies across spreadsheets used by the subscribed Google account.

What happens when I cancel?

Pro normally continues through the paid period. Existing native formatting rules remain in their spreadsheets; new applies return to the free-plan allowance after Pro ends.

How do I manage or cancel billing?

Open Duplicate Highlighter in Google Sheets, go to Account, and choose Manage billing. Stripe hosts the billing portal.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Email jacob@codeprint.io. Refund requests are considered individually on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
